Before the Kickstarter campaign ends, email support@singcore.ai with a screenshot of your $9.90 deposit confirmation showing your order number, along with your Kickstarter backer number. Once the campaign ends and your pledge is successfully charged, we’ll process your $100 refund through Kickstarter within 7 days.

Kickstarter may charge an 8% fee on delayed refunds, which could reduce your final Early Access Benefit below $100. To receive the full $100, submit your redemption request before the campaign ends and make sure your Kickstarter payment is successfully charged. If your payment fails, resolve the issue within 7 days after the campaign ends to remain eligible for the full $100. Refunds processed after this period may be subject to the 8% Kickstarter fee, which will be deducted from your $100 Early Access Benefit.

The campaign is currently planned to launch on November 3. The exact date may shift slightly depending on final launch preparations. Please keep an eye on your email for the confirmed launch date.

The campaign is currently planned to run for approximately 30 days.
