Before the Kickstarter campaign ends, email support@singcore.ai with a screenshot of your $9.90 deposit confirmation showing your order number, along with your Kickstarter backer number. Once the campaign ends and your pledge is successfully charged, we’ll process your $100 refund through Kickstarter within 7 days.

Kickstarter may charge an 8% fee on delayed refunds, which could reduce your final Early Access Benefit below $100. To receive the full $100, submit your redemption request before the campaign ends and make sure your Kickstarter payment is successfully charged. If your payment fails, resolve the issue within 7 days after the campaign ends to remain eligible for the full $100. Refunds processed after this period may be subject to the 8% Kickstarter fee, which will be deducted from your $100 Early Access Benefit.
